Over 25 years of experience across more than 40 countries made Ziad a true global citizen. He weaves strategy, data analytics, marketing, and people magic to create lasting impact, with proven track record in top management positions in KSA (i.e. STC) and long years of experience in multiple international consulting companies (i.e. Booz / Strategy&). As an Author, International Keynote Speaker, and first Customer Experience and Digital Transformation leader in the Saudi market, Ziad was able to turn-around multiple large Saudi institutions and obtained a series of international and regional awards accordingly. His chess and singing talents as well as his open-door approach have been supporting in shaping the right culture in the company.
